Clean rooms somewhat small. Nice pool but unheated. Loved the open bar and restaurant right off the pool. Also liked the balcony off the.room. make sure you book poolside.
We just coming from there and we had a nice time love the poolside view the place is clean and the people are friendly BUT the Crab Trap has their own people making food and the poll side at Pier 4 and it was not clean one of the guys was sweating and wiping the sweat with his hand while cutting hamburger rolls in half flies was on the rolls and other food that was on the counter I asked if the can put gloves on and the other younger guy said they dont wear them we went to tell the lady at the front desk she said it not her problem I said it is because they in your building where your customers are eating The hotel has the stars but their poolside food SUCKS!!!!!!!
The room was pretty and functional, but the view from the balcony was onto another building. The view was partially of the bay too, though. There was also a staple coming up In the rug. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.
I love staying at the Pier 4 Hotel. I stay on the bay side so I can enjoy and relax while looking at the water. Then walk over to the Crab Shack for dinner. When you stay at Pier 4 you get the best service and just minutes from Ocean City boardwalk
Never had a bad stay staff is very friendly and courteous. Nice pool outside gazebo cocktails and appetizers. Beautiful views of bay. An ocean. 9Th street bridge is awesome at night all lit up an of course. Ocean city's boardwalk and city hall concerts.
