If you are looking to purchase furniture, STAY AWAY FROM SURFSIDE CASUAL! Rob is a terribly, awful representative. I have ordered thousands of dollars of furniture from here and I am still missing pieces 2 months later!! Rob has failed to communicate with me throughout this entire process. Yes, it's been an exhausting 2 month PROCESS!!! Surfside had sold the furniture (that I had already paid for) while it was waiting to be delievered to my house! When I call Surfside to check in on my order, as I am still awaiting the delievery, they decline my calls!! Unfortunately, I now have to use my daughters' cell phones for anyone to pick up! Even the owner of Surfside Casual won't answer my emails!!!! SHOP ELSEWHERE!!
If your looking to buy new furniture, go somewhere else, don’t deal with these clowns.
My wife and I have bought several pieces of furniture from Surfside Casual including a bedroom set, outdoor furniture, and various other furnishings. The prices are good, the delivery and delivery personal are professional, and the sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend them and shop there again should we need additional items.

I ordered furniture in June a sectional and two chairs I dealt with Debra, At the end of August the furniture arrived the two chairs were right, sectional was wrong. Had to wait another eight weeks for the right sectional that was supposed to be on a rush order. When I receive the call that the sectional was in I asked to be first delivery, when they called back they gave me a time between 12 to 3. After waiting four months. I will never deal with them again. What a nightmare dealing with Debra , Ed and Maryellen. We had asked what are you going to do for us after waiting 4 months the best they would do is give 50% of Tommy Bahama clothing. What a joke. Asked that Ed the Manager call me, but had Debra who knows nothing do his dirty work.
