The worst shore store I have ever been to. Good merchandise, but the worst customer service ever. I mean when I was there the BayFest was going on and after I left, I decided to take a walk to the BayFest but before I could even leave the parking lot someone came out and said you can not park your car here if you're going to go to the BayFest. So the employees do a good job as security making sure that only customers can park their car in the parking lot, but they can't help the customers when they're in the store. Whoever runs this place does not do a good job with their employees. I mean when you're at the Jersey shore definitely take some sure merchandise home with you but not from Platt's.
I was so impressed with the selection of quality beach style furniture! I stopped in to browse for new living room and bedroom furniture for my shore house and I was immediately met with one of their sales professionals who pointed me in the right direction of what I was looking for. She gave me her card and left me to explore the store on my own as to not make me feel pressured to buy right away. She told me if I needed any help to just go to the counter and she would answer all of my questions or address any concerns.
I was amazed at the selection of top manufacturers they carried and the quality of their furniture. I did find a living room sofa and matching side chair that I fell in love with. After deciding on the the fabric selection I placed my order and was told that in would be delivered in just about 6-8 weeks.
I'll be back for a dining room table in the near future! can't wait

Well. it was just delivered this week and I am so pleased on how beautiful my living room now looks! I can't wait for the summer season to begin so I can enjoy it every day! Thanks Platts' for making my vision become a reality! The best team around!!
Went in with an idea what I wanted. entertainment center, coffee table, another accent piece. spoke with Susan. she was very helpful and patient with me (well over an hour). needed furniture quickly to go with a TV install and they were able to offer delivery in less than 7 days or pick up fully assembled the very next day.
