Dr. Lucasti treated me in the hospital for my condition and wanted me to follow up in office in 1 week. Can never get through to a person to schedule appointment. Made three calls each time leaving a message. I did not receive a call back. I had to walk into office to actually get appointment. Nurse took me back in room and apologized for not getting a call, said that shouldn't happen. Had recent blood work come back that is out of the ranges. Again I called 3 days ago which went to answering machine and left message. No call back!! I like Dr. Lucasti and his nurses, but whoever is in charge or scheduling or calling patients back should be fired!!! Ridiculous!!
Warm and friendly office with caring staff that make you feel comfortable. Both the doctor and the nurse practitioner we saw were knowledgeable and gladly answered our many questions about my daughter's condition as well as the prescription we needed for her. I would recommend this office to any family member or friend of mine.
Dr Lucasti is ok. His billing department is incapable of dealing with medical insurance. A real hassle!!!!
