love the personal, friendly and knowledgeable experience that is lost in big chain stores. your just a sale or a number in other stores. glad to come in to new world and be greeted by name with a smile by a staff who cares about the pet business and are not a person just there for a job! wish alot more businesses and people treated everyone as new world does reminds me of the old days where listening and customer service were keys to being successful. my how times have changed, new world pet center keep up the good work.
