Made two appts for my Mom and I for today at 2 pm. When we arrived we were told that they were too busy, could we come back? I couldn't. We made these appts during my son's nap time - the only time I could get a mani pedi today. Dont bother making an appt or going to this nail salon. Terrible customer service.

i've always had very thick, beautiful eyebrows. They were getting a little messy so i went in to get them waxed, the only good part about it is it took less than 2 minutes to do. They made my eyebrows very thin and uneven; i hate this place. It's better if you just don't get anything besides a manicure
Terrible Service! I stopped in to get a pedicure and they apparently did not have time for that. However, they told me to "pick a color" and had me sit in the pedicure chair, with my feet in the water for 15 minutes before someone came over. She took off my toe nail polish and then said "my client is here" then LEFT me! Apparently they like regulars, but not sure how you get to be a regular when they treat new clients so terribly. I do not recommend.
Got my eyebrows waxed today the lady reeked of smoke and my eyebrows are horrible and uneven.
