The worst part is they sent him an email around 2 pm today saying that it was successfully delivered.
He had to call them after he asked me if I received it and I told him I had not and they then told him the email was sent in error but they'd be delivering it soon.
I only gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option. My daughter ordered an arrangement for me to be delivered today, Mother's Day. It never came. We called about 3pm this afternoon and were told it was out for delivery. Then called again about 5pm and was told they do deliveries until 9pm and we were assured it would be here before 9. At 5 minutes before 9 we called again because the delivery was still a No show. This time we were told they made a mistake and my arrangement was still in the store. My husband offered to drive to the store and pick it up but The lady on the phone said the store was now closed. Then said she has a driver that will go to the store and get the arrangement and deliver it to me right then. I was told the delivery would arrive in 1/2 hour. Here we are 2 full hours later, it's now after 11pm, I have given up on Edible Arrangements in Somers Point. The worst customer service ever! I'll be in the store for a full refund in the morning.

I would not even give this location or experience 1 star if it didn't force me to. The man who took my call completely butchered my name so bad that the person I was sending the arrangement to didn't even know who it was from. She had to call the store to ask and they didn't know because he was so careless to even repeat the order to ensure accuracy. It was extremely embarrassing to have to call her and let her know it was from me. Would never order from here again!

Their excuse was they are busy. It's terrible that they'd try to capitalize on a meaningful holiday like Mothers Day and completely ruin it for children after taking their money and making them promises they aren't able to keep.
They corrected the problem to my satisfaction and I'm really glad they did because their products truly are amazing.
It's after 930 pm on Mothers Day and the arrangement my son ordered and paid for was never delivered and they are now closed.
I greatly appreciate all the details I had asked for on message along with beautiful food .
I had placed an order for arrangement and it was perfect. It was delivered on time and message I wanted.
On the other hand I have had no problems with this location. Very pleasant and friendly staff and quick deliveries. Highly recommend.

You do realize that freshly cut fruit doesn't last long right? Don't rate poorly due to your lack of knowledge.
I'd give them zero stars if I could.
