Had a nail in back tire. Took it to get fixed and they said I also had a nail in my other back tire. They said this nail was close to the edge and could not be patched and that I needed a new tire. I told them I didn't want to replace tire because they didn't have the same brand which was on my car. They claimed that it was not safe to drive it. Kept trying to get me to buy new tire. I refused so they put spare tire on. I took old tire to another tire place today and they told me that the tire was fine. It was just a piece of metal stuck in the tire but didn't puncture it. And they said that even if it was punctured it still could have been patched, it was NOT too close to the edge. I feel like they were taking advantage of me and I strongly urge people to not go here. I would have wasted almost $200. I never write reviews but I felt like people need to know that this place is not run honestly.
Very friendly staff and very understanding. They give you the information you need should you have any inquiries. Definitely like the location since I can shop around while they work on my vehicle.
Terrible!!! I called to have on rim swapped and put on my Cherokee. I called ahead to assure I didn't have a long waiting time. So I figured I'd see their availability and come then. The man on the phone told me to come at three and "I could get right in." I ask how long it would take once I got there and he told me 15-20 minutes. So I arrived at the store at three on the dot. Only one maybe 2 cars in garage with 3 tech walking around and one sitting at a computer. The man came out and an asked if I could leave it because it's going to take them all day to fix this...... ok I came alone figuring a half hour...called ahead to make sure I didn't need to wait long... and now I'm stuck in somers point because now it will take 2 hours to fix not 20 minutes.... I am clearly not happy. What's was the point of calling ahead. I cloud have come in at noon with a ride home and just left the damn truck there. So thank you for that mavis.

I dropped off two sets of wheels, one set had brand new tires, the other set was my old set of wheels that I wanted to put back on my car with the new tires from the other set. Staggered wheels and different sized tires for the front and back in the old set, the other set has the same size wheel all around but different sized tires. They swapped the tires like I had asked. I picked them up right before closing and out the set on my car that I wanted back on my car, and sold the other pair. I was told thy wee mounted and balanced and charged for the two sets. Driving to work the next day at around 55-60mph on the parkway my car started shaking ridiculously. They either didn't balance the wheels or the tech that did it messed the balance up. I called that day and asked what they could do for me. The guys name was Perry, told me he could redo it that day but I had work and then had plans so asked if we could do it the following day. We scheduled for 4 o'clock, which I later switched to 4:30 to be safe and make sure I could get home, get my wheels off and get there on time. I arrived at 4:10pm. Walked into the office and said I was there to have wheels rebalanced. Two guys at the counter, Christian and Mike. Mike was talking to some lady then acknowledged I was there a few minutes later when I said I needed my wheels rebalanced and I talked to Perry. He said that he "6 cars that need to be finished" and gave me an attitude, said to bring them back some other time, asked if he could have them over night, or bring them back Sunday. I rescheduled that day for a reason, don't give me an attitude because you can manage your shop. Also, the machine they used to swap the tires also imbedded the inside of the wheel with deep galges, and the tech must've slipped with one of the flat bars and scraped my rim, because theirs about a two inch scratch that wasn't there before. Never going back there, wouldn't recommend them for mounting and balancing. I even messaged the guy I sold my other wheels to and told him he should have the balanced checked. I wouldn't trust them with my wheels ever again. Wish I could give them less than one star but since they got the tire swap correct with the right size tires on the right size wheels I guess they deserve it.
