Pleasant staff but not too much selection to rent from.
Made reservation 2 days ago over phone at Rio Grande, NJ. Confirmation number wasn't given to us. This morning at 9 we called before went to pick up the rental car. We were asked to walk in with credit card n driver's license. The staff was rude and said that they have no car n no reservation. All our appointments n plans are screwed up.
Vehicle ready on time . My agent was efficient, knowledgeable,pleasant and informative . All o0ver a good experience.
