They suck. Why have a secret menu if you can't even make it or they are clueless as to what they are doing. Anyone can pour a regular coffee.. was expecting a little more than average. Won't be coming here again.
I was here on Saturday (holiday weekend) and the woman taking my order didn't understand "Starbucks lingo" that I've used in several other SBUX around the country and world. When I received one drink in my order it was made with full sugar rather than 'lightly sweet' but the barista was nice enough to make another. The place was a bit dirty—I was there for about an hour and didn't see anyone clean the milk bar / tables. The bathroom was in need of a cleaning as well. I realize it's a holiday weekend, but there are other SBUX that can handle the influx of vacationers / patrons without the same issues.
The Starbucks in somer point staff are very nice and the coffee is the best around
