Not good. I needed a bagel tray for Tuesday morning so I called this place on Friday afternoon they told me "call back tomorrow to speak with the boss" I called back Saturday at 10:00 the girl said "we're too busy, call back in an hour" I called back at 11:00 she again said "we're too busy to take your order" I told her I need to get this off my plate and finally after practically begging she reluctantly said she would take my number and have someone call me. They must have all the business they need so I decided to search Google again and called Bernie's Bread in Ocean City who isn't even open on Tuesdays this time of year. The boss Gianni said he would make the tray and deliver it for me and they're not even open that day! Bagel's and More should take some lessons in customer service and whoever answers the phone should be retrained.
And also I witnessed a lady come in and stated she had been there 3 times and was tired of coming in, but yet she had stayed in the car the whole time sending her son in, who also was not sure what he was doing. These girls held it together dealing with both these customers back to back with a full place of customers. You go Hot Bagels girls!! Where would we eat without you.

A foundation of awesome bagels and spreads are enough alone to warrant a visit. The almost overwhelming amount of breakfast sandwiches, wraps, and other baked goods will keep us coming back to try everything else on the menu. The coffee and and home brewed iced tea were very good as well. Servers were kind and quick despite the rush of people placing orders and awaiting their food. It's a small shop and frequently busy in the mornings so be prepared for a wait if you are just swinging by. Calling orders ahead would be a smart choice if you are in a rush.
What a wonderful place, even when the store is completely packed. Worth the wait. I was actually in the store when the last review, Charles, called and the poor girl was trying to get his information so she could call him back because they really were very busy. Poor girls can only do so much when everyone wants help. Maybe if they were closed with no customers they would have been able to help.
